Title: Exceptional GOOD service (before AND after sales)

Bought and DIY installed a Magellan 5050 system from Alarmtec in 2015 and due to the limitation to TWO partitions I had to 'upgrade to an EVO192 system. In 2015 Rian and Pierre helped me to install the system and it was relatively easy. Great service and great support in 2015.

November / December 2020 I've upgraded and was really dependent on their support again. Although the EVO192 is more 'complicated' Pierre helped me every time I phone him and not once did he have a bad attitude or being negative / rude towards me for being a pain in the bud.

These guys really knows their products and one can use their recommendations without hesitation.

I am a very satisfied customer because I've got the EVO192 system at a very good price (Black Friday / November special) and their after sales service was much more than I had expected.
