1. Why buy security online?

2. Do you guarantee customer satisfaction?

We provide our customers with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt for a refund or replacement with another item. We will only deduct the shipping and handling fees incurred by us, and process the balance of the refund on receipt of the item(s).
If the item is damaged when you receive it, we will issue a replacement upon return.
It is important to get hold of us within this 24Hr period after delivery. Claims after this will not be accepted.

3. What happens if my items are damaged?

Any damaged items must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt for a full refund or replacement. Please call us for your Return. We take extra care when packing your items for shipment. All items are quality checked, wrapped in thick bubble-plastic and boxed.

6. What if I want to pay less for shipping?

Our website automatically calculates the shipping cost according to parcel weight (Volumetric Weight) as per the courier service rates.
You may call us for a fresh quote where we will quote the prices of your items that you wish to order as well as phone up the courier service and negotiate a shipping rate for your specific parcel.
You will then have to pay the quote by Internet transfer.
Our banking details are on the Quotation Document that we will email back to you. Once the funds reflect in our bank we will immediately courier you parcel and include the original Invoice with the parcel.

7. What is the quickest and most cost effective way of shipping?

The Courier Guy around 1 to 2 days for Gauteng Province, all other areas can take up to 4 days depending on the outlying areas. We have noted overnight services to major centers though.

The above is calculated with volumetric weight, heavy parcels will increase price.

Courier over night door to door is the quickest to all areas in South Africa, but at a escalated cost.(JHB, PTA areas is always overnight)

SAPO - We do not make use of the Post Office service.

8. DHL Courier International

All countries excluding South Africa we can send parcels via DHL courier.
Parcel deliveries can take about 3-10 days for delivery.
Upon checkout you will get option for DHL shipping, if not available you need to contact us.
We recommend that you make use of your own carrier if possible for more cost savings.
The receiver will be liable for any import TAXES or any additional costs as per your country import regulations.

9. International Payments

EFT Payments takes about 1-2 days to clear.

10. Payment by Bank Transfers(EFT) / Cheques

We do not except any Cheque payments what so ever.

If you prefer paying by bank transfer (internet Banking), we will ship immediately once payment was confirmed. Usually shipping  is within 24 hours.
If we receive proof of payment directly from bank and not forwarded we process your order immediately.
We encourage this type of payment. In some rare instances we might call you to confirm the transaction for your security reasons.
In some cases we might even ship your items for free (depending on items weight) and number of boxes - applies to online orders only.
