Discount codes are case sensitive; ensure that capital letters or lower cased letters are used appropriately.
You can use your coupon code when it is available, whether it is via our website or one of our social platforms.

When logged in and on the checkout page, discount codes are input.

Discount codes have an expiration date.
Some items may be excluded from the use of promotional codes.
Typically, these things have already been discounted and no further discounts are available - for example, Takex passives.

Discount codes provide either a percentage or a fixed amount discount.
The discount is applied to the subtotal of your cart , before taxes.

Some promo codes are only valid for online purchases if indicated; shopping online automates your transaction, making it faster and more efficient.
This also applies to collections.

To use your promo code, you must first create a valid online account. In-store over-the-counter purchases do not accept coupons.

When purchasing online, there may be an automatic discount incorporated on quantity purchases.
The store will automatically calculate this discount.
