Ek het my bestelling geplaas op 14 Maart 2024 en ek moes ‘n item wat ek verkeerdelik bestel het wysig, sodat die bestelling eers laat op die betrokke dag korrek was.
Ondanks die feit dat jy my meegedeel het dat die bestelde item uit voorrraad is by julle, is my items wat bestel is reeds op Vrydag, 15 Maart afgehandel en aan my gestuur. Groot was my verbasing dat die bestelling by my huis in Hermanus afgelewer is op Maandag 18 Maart 2024.
Ek bedank jou en jou firma dus vir voortreflike diens. Dit is voorwaar diens uit die boonste rakke wat seldsaam is vandag.
