I have a texecom premier 816E. I forgot my pin code how do I reset my password without the old one.
The Panel will have to be reset to factory default. On the panel put the jumper on the default setting and power up the panel.
Default installer code 1234 Master code default 5678.
I have an old Texecom premier 412 that have a installer lock preventing programming to meet my needs. Help to reset the system to factory default please.
Switch the panel off, put the jumper on default (on panel) and switch back on.
Wait for 30 seconds and turn off power then remove jumper from default. Power up panel.
